Position Summary: Support the forecasting process for imported and domestic purchases to ensure operational continuity and optimize the supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. Development of procurement indicators and executive reports. **Position Objective** Provide support in the forecasting process for imported and domestic purchases to ensure operational continuity. **Academic Qualifications** * Final-year student or graduate in **Industrial Engineering**. * Basic knowledge of **supply chain management, procurement, and logistics**. * Important: Courses or certifications in **Advanced Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management**. **Technical Competencies** * Preferred: Proficiency in **logistics metrics**: inventory coverage, turnover, fill rate, lead time. * Ability to prepare **executive reports and logistics benchmarking**. * Proficiency in **digital tools**: Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, databases. **Soft Skills** * **Organization and Planning**: Ability to structure tasks and meet deadlines. * **Effective Communication**: Clear interaction with suppliers, internal customers, and cross-functional teams. * **Results Orientation**: Focus on cost reduction and process improvement. * **Teamwork**: Collaboration with logistics, finance, and operations departments. * **Adaptability**: Handling high-variability scenarios in demand and supply. **Key Responsibilities** * Support **purchase planning** and inventory control. * Develop and update **procurement indicators** (coverage, turnover, days of inventory). * Record and track **purchase orders in ERP**. * Collaborate on **supply chain optimization projects**.
