Job Summary:
A Quality Control and Process Professional in the Food Industry, responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving continuous improvement in production.

**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:**
**Minimum**
1\. Professional in Quality Control and Processes in the Food Industry or related fields.
2\. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Controller.
3\. Knowledge and experience in implementing BPM, POES, and HACCP.
**Desirable**
3\. Knowledge and implementation experience with the BRC standard.
4\. Understanding of sanitary legislation.
5\. Training in internal auditing, BRC PACKAGING, or similar standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1\. Ensure and verify strict adherence to quality control across the entire production process chain.
2\. Train plant personnel on quality assurance and quality control procedures (BPM/BRC or HARA), aligned with respective process lines.
3\. Verify and document compliance with BPM across all critical control processes in the production chain (raw material receipt, in-line process control, finished product control; warehouse monitoring; pest monitoring; as well as quality standards, BPM/BRC; and participate in updating and controlling procedures and documentary records forming part of the Company’s Quality and Food Safety Management System, as well as participating in continuous improvement processes.
4\. Participate in and follow up on internal, external, and supplier audits.
5\. Participate in developing and executing corrective action plans and documenting observations from each audit.
6\. Prepare monthly management reports with key performance indicators.
7\. Participate in the BPM/BRC/HARA team.
8\. Monitor equipment calibration; monitor microbiological analyses of areas, equipment, raw materials, and finished products according to the established schedule. Regularly inspect and examine product samples.
9\. Participate in developing and updating quality procedures jointly with operational supervisors.
10\. Participate in handling non-conforming products and customer complaints or claims regarding product quality and food safety.
