Job Summary: Supervise industrial machines and processes, interpret blueprints, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, or electronic failures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of industrial machinery and processes. 2. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. 3. Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic failures in the plant. * Supervise that machines and industrial processes operate correctly from the control panel. * Read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics and flow diagrams. * Verify that sensors accurately measure critical variables such as pressure, temperature, level, and flow rate. * Perform preventive maintenance (to avoid equipment failure) and corrective maintenance (repair after failure has occurred). * Adjust and calibrate measurement and control instruments. * Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, or electronic failures in plant equipment. * Operate, configure, and program controllers (e.g., PLC systems, variable frequency drives, etc.). * Ensure readings on Human-Machine Interface (HMI) screens match the actual machine operation. * Comply with safety regulations when working with electrical equipment. * Keep the workplace clean and organized.
