At VDR Asistencias SAC, we seek a proactive, empathetic, and highly responsible Operations Advisor who will be a key player in managing and coordinating assistance services. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or assistance centers (preferably in emergency or insurance services). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level). Strong verbal communication skills, active listening ability, and capacity to handle high-pressure situations. Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory). High level of organization and service orientation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle incoming calls from members and customers regarding emergency services. Accurately register information in the system and validate requester data. Coordinate with providers and operational teams to execute services. Conduct case follow-ups until closure. Provide clear and timely information to users throughout the process. Prepare daily operational and service reports. Adhere to established service protocols and response time standards.
