Focus on efficiency, profitability, and service quality. **A leading company in the comprehensive security sector** is seeking an **Operations Manager**, who will be responsible for leading and optimizing the organization's operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service quality through strategic management of processes, resources, and work teams. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Preferably retired Naval Officer (Peruvian Navy). * MBA or Master’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or Operations Management is desirable. * Minimum **8 years** of experience leading operations in comprehensive security, private security, or specialized service companies. * Experience in operations management, budget administration, performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing strategic clients. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37001\). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Competitive market-based salary * Formal employment: General Regime from day one * Work modality: On-site * Working hours: Monday to Friday * Work location: Santiago de Surco **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the planning and execution of the company’s operational strategy. * Monitor operational performance using management indicators (KPIs), ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service quality. * Implement continuous improvement strategies and process optimization. * Manage the operational budget, controlling costs and outcomes. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and Integrated Management Systems. * Lead and develop high-performing work teams. * Strengthen client relationships, ensuring contract fulfillment and service satisfaction. * Identify growth opportunities and new business ventures contributing to organizational development.
