Talent Advisory, an HR consulting firm, is conducting a search on behalf of a leading Technology company for a: Database Administrator (DBA) **Responsibilities** * Manage, administer, and ensure the security and availability of databases (MariaDB and MySQL). * Perform database backups, restoration, maintenance, and optimization—including their components (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Events, Functions, and Views). * Monitor performance, perform SQL tuning, and implement scalable data architectures. * Administer OCI cloud, project data growth, and plan resource capacity. * Configure and monitor high-availability clusters using MaxScale. * Design and execute Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) tests. * Manage users, roles, and access privileges according to security standards. * Automate operational tasks via scripts. * Collaborate with development teams on schema changes, updates, security patches, and technical documentation. * Manage tickets via JIRA or JIRA Service Management. **Required Knowledge** * PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis. * Backups, restoration, and performance optimization. * OCI. * Database security **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in similar roles or positions * Micro enterprise * Growth opportunities Salary: S/.2,338\.03 \- S/.6,355\.92 per month Workplace: On-site employment
