Mission or objective: Lead, control, and supervise resources efficiently to fulfill customer contracts and meet internal targets established by management. Functions: * Ensure the allocation of equipment, personnel, raw materials, spare parts inventory, and high explosives in operations. * Ensure blasting process activities are carried out according to established procedures. * Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure equipment availability for timely execution of blasting programs. * Lead weekly and monthly planning, information, and coordination meetings with supervision teams. * Develop and validate procedures that ensure operational quality and personnel safety. * Lead the work team to achieve set goals and objectives. * Address customer requirements from an operational standpoint to provide solutions within established timeframes. * Respond to technical inquiries regarding explosive technologies to provide solutions within established timeframes. * Lead weekly and monthly performance reports presented to external and internal customers regarding operational indicators and results. * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to risk prevention. Generate incident reports, participate in their analysis, and ensure implementation of resulting action plans. * Comply with the operational or service-related risk control program under their responsibility. * Verify compliance with legal regulations regarding handling, storage, and transportation of explosives, as well as other relevant operational regulations. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management within mining operations (desirable) * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields; licensed and registered professional * Intermediate-level Office software skills
