Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently seeking a **Senior Contracts Administrator** to join our Mineral & Metals business unit on one of our key site-based projects. **About the Role** * Root cause analysis of disputes * Drafting letters and meeting minutes * Effective leadership in weekly meetings * Schedule impact analysis (TIA methodology) * Lead communication management with contractor companies * Analysis and management of risk * Identification of early warnings * Claims management **About You** * Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or related field * Specialist in construction contracts * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator in mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, construction, or related sectors, and 10 years of experience in contract management * Specialization in Project Management * Proficiency in Primavera P6 * Availability to work on-site under shift arrangements **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
