Job Summary: Supervises compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS), identifies risks, develops safe work procedures, and coordinates trainings to ensure workplace safety. Coordination of safety trainings and safety talks **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields, with professional registration. * Knowledge of Peruvian occupational health and safety legislation. * Hazard identification and risk assessment expertise. * Safety performance indicator management. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise implementation and compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH\-S MS). * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures (HIRA). * Develop, update, and disseminate safe work procedures. * Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Manage work permits (hot work permits, confined space entry permits, working at heights permits, etc.). * Coordinate safety trainings and safety talks (5-minute toolbox talks, inductions, etc.). * Maintain mandatory occupational health and safety documentation up to date. * Coordinate with clients or mining units to ensure HSE standard compliance. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll from day one. * 100% statutory benefits. * Atypical schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off \- assigned to mining unit.
