Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager responsible for leading the implementation of technical training programs in mining operations, ensuring quality and achievement of objectives. Manage and control project information We are looking for a **Project Manager**, responsible for leading the implementation of technical training programs in mining operations. **Work Modality:** * **Employment Regime:** 8x6 * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Modality:** On-site at the mining unit **Responsibilities:** * Lead the comprehensive implementation of the project in Antamina operations. * Develop the work plan and create the value proposition for the technical content of the curriculum. * Ensure timely delivery of technical content, meeting established deadlines prior to training deployment. * Structure the project team by defining roles and responsibilities, and justify the organizational setup to the client. * Supervise field data collection for developing technical content aligned with operational requirements. * Ensure and control content quality, guaranteeing achievement of learning objectives and managing content approval. * Coordinate and ensure execution of training sessions, managing facilitator availability. * Manage project information registration and control: attendance, evaluations, improvement opportunities, and commitments. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. **Work Experience:** * Experience in project management within the mining sector. * Experience leading field-based teams. * Experience implementing technical training programs. * Experience in mining operations. **Technical Knowledge / Certifications:** * Project management * Occupational Health and Safety in mining * Design and development of technical content * Schedule management and quality control * Indicator and reporting management **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment from day one – General Regime * 100% CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay) * 30 calendar days of vacation * Essalud health insurance Application Questions: * Please indicate your current place of residence and telephone number. * Are you available to work under the 8x6 schedule, and what is your salary expectation? * • Do you have experience leading projects in mining operations? * • Have you worked on implementing technical training programs in the field? * • Do you have experience in mining operations?
