




Our company **OILTECH PERÚ** is seeking medical personnel: **Requirements:** * A duly licensed, registered, and authorized Medical Doctor (Surgeon) certified by the Medical College of Peru. * Minimum 3 years of experience in General Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Occupational Health. * Specialization in Occupational Health or Occupational and Environmental Medicine. **Generic Competencies:** 1. Conduct educational activities for workers on occupational safety and health topics, in accordance with the National Occupational Safety and Health System. 2. Identify occupational and environmental health risk factors, in compliance with current regulations. 3. Identify health impairments related to occupational diseases and in accordance with current regulations. 4. Provide urgent and emergency care to workers, in compliance with current regulations. 5. Provide care to workers suffering from occupational diseases or work-related illnesses, in compliance with current regulations. 6. Administer occupational health services in accordance with current regulations. 7. Design, manage, and implement intervention programs based on occupational risks. 8. Assess and evaluate disability and incapacity resulting from work-related accidents or occupational diseases. 9. Conduct investigations related to working conditions and the environment, as well as their effects on workers’ individual and collective health. 10. Develop educational plans and strategies related to occupational health across various economic sectors. 11. Monitor compliance with COVID-19 surveillance, prevention, and control plans, as well as other work-related diseases of relevance. 12. Review, analyze, and respond to reports related to occupational health and to the plan for surveillance, prevention, and control of all types of work-related diseases. 13. Verify proper administration of occupational health services at work, in accordance with current regulations. 14. Perform other tasks assigned by the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (CSST) and Management. 15.
