At **OCA GLOBAL PERÚ**, we are seeking top talent for the position of **Operational HSE Coordinator – Electricity Sector.** **Required Education:** * Degree and professional registration in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields **Required Knowledge:** * Postgraduate degree or diploma specializing in Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (OSHMS) **Required Experience:** * Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in similar roles involving development, supervision, and coordination of OSHMS in the electricity sector (preferred), gas, or telecommunications **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the OSHMS, ensuring compliance with national laws and regulations, and continuously improving safe work performance. * Participate in, oversee, and monitor various plans associated with HSE management. * Actively promote understanding of the OSH policy across all levels of the division. * Coordinate with operational leaders to ensure optimal implementation and control of OSH standards.
