Your Mission: Support the formalization and improvement of warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch), ensuring order, control, and traceability; and oversee the implementation of the barcode system (data collection, labeling, etc.) to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce operational errors. Requirements: * Graduated in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in the field is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability for on-site work in La Molina. Skills and Competencies: * Proactivity, * Results orientation and achievement of monthly objectives, * Planning, monitoring, teamwork, and service orientation. Responsibilities: * Document and map current warehouse processes (AS-IS). * Design standardized processes and flowcharts (TO-BE) with assigned responsibilities. * Document procedures (SOPs) and stage-specific checklists (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch). * Implement basic controls: validations, forms, and order-level traceability. * Execute the barcode project: plan, schedule, and requirements. * Coordinate labeling of locations, products, and warehouse zones. * Configure/validate master data (SKUs, units, locations) for scanning. * Conduct a scanning pilot and adjust based on detected errors. * Train staff on scanner usage and recording standards. * Monitor operational KPIs (dispatch errors, inventory accuracy, preparation times) and report progress weekly.
