On behalf of our client, a telecommunications company with over 30 years in the market specializing in professional communication solutions such as radios and secure network systems, we are seeking a Structural Specialist who will be responsible for the design, analysis, and structural validation of buildings included in the project, ensuring compliance with current regulations and functional requirements. Requirements * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer with at least 02 years of experience, supported by a copy of registration certificate from the respective professional college. * Minimum of 18 months of experience as a Structural Specialist and/or Site Resident and/or Inspector and/or Supervisor in construction projects in general. * Minimum of 06 months of experience as a Structural Specialist and/or Site Resident and/or Supervisor and/or Inspector in building construction and/or related fields. Responsibilities * Develop structural solutions aligned with architectural proposals, ensuring safety, functionality, and technical feasibility. * Comply with current regulations for buildings designated as disaster gathering points. * Define the structural type of buildings, including those intended for storage of files and information. * Prepare descriptive reports and structural calculation reports. * Produce general and detailed structural drawings. * Formulate technical specifications for structures. * Prepare summary sheets and detailed measurement sheets per item.
