At **Hexagon Mining**, a leader in technological solutions for the mining industry, we are looking for a proactive and strategically minded **Operations Supervisor** to lead project execution and ensure service excellence for our clients. **What We Offer:** * **Salary:** S/5500 to S/6000 * **Contract:** Payroll with all statutory benefits. * **Opportunity:** Join a multinational company with cutting-edge technology. * **Development:** Career development plan and continuous training in mining management systems. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Leadership:** Direct and manage assigned projects, ensuring achievement of management indicators (KPIs). * **Service Management:** Participate in the creation and implementation of maintenance plans and verify technical reporting management. * **Representation:** Serve as the primary liaison between Hexagon and the client at the mining site. * **Technology:** Ensure service availability on onboard equipment and technological infrastructure at the mine site. * **Safety:** Ensure compliance with SSOMA standards (ISO 14001, 45001\) and lead the team’s prevention culture. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Licensed Engineer (**registered and licensed**) (Mechanical, Mining, Systems, Industrial or related fields). * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** of demonstrable experience in mining operations. * **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001\ standards.
