**Mission and/or Objective:** Effectively manage mining unit resources with the aim of ensuring compliance with the contract established with the client. FUNCTIONS: * Develop and validate procedures that ensure operational quality and personnel safety. * Manage and monitor indicators related to service goals and objectives. * Establish and implement control mechanisms related to the service. * Prepare weekly and monthly operation reports. * Verify stocks of accessories and high explosives. * Confirm continuity of raw material supply. * Verify compliance with the quality standards defined in product data sheets. * Lead weekly and monthly planning, information, and coordination meetings with supervision. * Allocate available resources (personnel and equipment) for operations. * Ensure personnel have and properly use the necessary equipment and tools to perform their work. * Coordinate equipment maintenance and availability. * Ensure blasting process activities are carried out according to established procedures. * Implement the operational risk control program. * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures regarding risk prevention. * Generate incident reports, analyze them, and ensure implementation of resulting action plans. * Verify compliance with legal regulations concerning handling, storage, and transportation of explosives, as well as other relevant operational regulations. * Lead the work team to achieve goals and objectives. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 10 years of experience in blasting operations and explosive use in mining units preferred. * Degree in Mining Engineering or related fields in the mining industry. * Class A1 driver's license
