A leading logistics company with over 32 years of experience delivering customized solutions for our clients’ operations across the retail, fast-moving consumer goods, durable goods, mining, and construction sectors is seeking WAREHOUSE OPERATORS – HUACHIPA LOCATION. BENEFITS: ● Base salary of **S/1,130** on payroll + night shift bonus (35%) ● 100% formal payroll registration (December bonus, family allowance, vacation pay, CTS) ● 70% meal coverage during day and evening shifts. ● 100% meal coverage during night shift. **(DINNER)**. ● Transportation for **DAY SHIFT:** Community-based transportation for entry and exit, subject to three conditions: (limited capacity, fixed routes, and pick-up/drop-off only in proximity to workplace.) ● Transportation for **EVENING AND NIGHT SHIFTS:** Exclusive company-provided transportation for departure only—i.e., upon completion of the evening shift. (Available for SJL and Chosica.) ● **BIWEEKLY PAYMENTS (10TH AND 25TH OF EACH MONTH). NOTE: First-month payment is monthly; starting from the second month, payments are biweekly.** WORK SCHEDULES: • Availability to work all THREE SHIFTS (morning, evening, night) IS MANDATORY. - Morning shift: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) - Evening shift: 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) - Night shift: 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. (Monday to Friday).
