Description

Job Summary: Support sampling, organization, and recording of geological information under the guidance of senior geologists. Key Responsibilities: 1. Follow geologists' instructions for sampling at the mine. 2. Carry out sampling procedures and information recording. 3. Organize and store diamond drill core samples. * Follow instructions from Senior Geologists / Ore Control Geologists / Mine Geologists regarding underground mining activities, surface areas, and diamond drill core samples to be sampled. * Adhere to sampling procedures, preparation of sample batches, delineation of mine workings, grade painting, insertion of control samples, #10 sieve size measurements, recovery measurements, photographic logging of drill core samples, and information recording in GDMS-Fusion. * Organize and store diamond drill core samples according to established procedures. * Assist in handling topographic maps to locate samples. * Collect and store sample rejects and pulps according to procedure.
