Currently, we are looking for talents for the position of **TALENT ATTRACTION ASSISTANT - SANTA ANITA OFFICE** WHAT WILL MY RESPONSIBILITIES BE? \- Carry out the talent attraction process, from job posting dissemination to presenting candidate shortlists or sending candidates for training. \- Manage job applications and candidate resumes, and evaluate their skills and experience. \- Use innovative attraction tools and techniques to reach passive and active candidates. \- Participate in events such as job fairs, career days, among others. \- Provide support to interns in the talent attraction area. \- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create and distribute talent attraction content on social media and other channels. WHAT REQUIREMENTS MUST I MEET? \- Graduate in Psychology. \- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. \- At least 6 months of experience in talent attraction within the call center sector. \- Experience handling high-volume recruitment. \- Knowledge in selecting telemarketing profiles.
