Career path opportunities **DESCRIPTION:** We are a rapidly growing Security and Prevention company, and therefore we are currently seeking Rounds Supervisors in MANCHAY. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Continuous supervision of services and personnel under their charge; communication with clients at all levels. * Verify compliance with security systems at each assigned unit; identify and resolve unsafe situations. * Coverage of vacant positions or those left unfilled for various reasons. * Develop specific job functions for each security position. Availability for rotating shifts. * Prepare service rosters for units. * Manage uniforms or equipment required for service. * Prepare reports and/or incident reports. * Prepare vehicle status report for assigned mobility. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * University degree and/or technical degree from the Armed Forces, FAP, or Navy. * Experience supervising security personnel. * Knowledge of asset security and risk analysis. * Motorcycle driver's license. * Intermediate Office skills. **BENEFITS:** * Pleasant work environment. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely and bi-weekly payments. * Opportunity to join a growing company with career advancement prospects.
