We are currently seeking top talent for the role of **Silo Coordinator**. In this role, you will play a vital part in our success. If you are interested in this position and wish to build a career with us, we invite you to join our team! **What are the main responsibilities of this role?** * Plan, coordinate, and execute all activities related to the unloading, storage, and dispatch of grain in silos. * Use the SCADA system for receiving, monitoring, and dispatching cargo in silos. * Supervise and control in-transit cargo balances, including detailed monitoring of bulk cargo receipt and dispatch aboard vessels. * Supervise the control of residuals or "sweepings" for each grain batch, ensuring they are dispatched as part of the original batch. * Monitor weights and balances in each silo at the end of each shift, verifying compliance with operational targets. * Verify proper operation of transfer conveyors, scales, electric motors, and other technical components of the silo system. * Supervise operational flow and ensure correct use, positioning, and maintenance of equipment and materials required for operations. * Prepare and submit incident reports at the end of each shift. **What talent are we looking for?** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Two years of experience in roles related to receipt, dispatch, and inventory control of bulk cargo. * Proficiency in MS Office required. * Knowledge of SCADA systems (desirable). * Familiarity with port terminal operating systems (desirable).
