Treasury Assistant - Administrative Accounting Assistant

**ASSISTANT - TREASURY - ACCOUNTING** A. Objective function: Carry out cash and bank control for the company and retail store points of sale, as well as manage the entire company's cash flow. Perform payments and collections and human resources functions. Ensure constant and necessary cash flow for company operations. Record accounting transactions. A. Specific functions: * Record transactions from banks BCP, BBVA, and IBK, and factory and point-of-sale cash registers. Knowledge of Telecredito, BBVANET CASH, and Interbank platforms. * Record purchase and sales invoices in the DEFONTANA system and perform bank reconciliations. * Record purchase and sales invoices in accounts receivable and payable ledgers, carry out daily collections, and monitor payments. * Daily review of retail store cash registers, prepare cash closing reports, verify cash counts, and control store accounts receivable and payable. * Control and reporting of Visas, IZIPAY. * Control and reporting of sales through Marketplaces and Department Stores. * Manage petty cash (small cash fund), maintaining proper records and filing signed vouchers, payment documents correctly filled out, and other related documents. Request petty cash replenishment by performing cash counts and requesting approval from general management using the established format (indicating outstanding receipts and attaching previous settlements). Responsible for daily reconciliation of this cash fund. * Control and recording of settlements for delivery-for-settlement funds and petty cash within the Treasury area. * Schedule service and other payments. * Control and record bank loans, employee loans, and shareholder loans. * Prepare payroll and ensure timely payments, properly tracking advances, employee loans, vacations, bonuses, and coordinating with the administrator to arrange ESSALUD and AFP payments. * Manage and control vacation and bonus payments. * Maintain personnel file archives. * Prepare absenteeism reports and human resources indicators. * Develop plans to promote a positive work environment. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Carry out requested accounting records. * Support the General Manager in other assigned tasks. * Coordinate with accounting department to provide necessary information for accounting entries. **C. JOB PROFILE:** * Higher technical education in business accounting or business administration. * Minimum one year of experience in treasury areas, preferably with human resources exposure. * Required intermediate-level knowledge of Excel. **E. SKILLS:** * Organizational ability in tasks. * High moral and ethical standards. * Orderly and highly responsible. * Ability to work under pressure. * Good interpersonal skills and communication. * Efficiency.
