Position Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead operations, ensure production plans are met, and manage equipment in underground mining. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage linear advance and mineral production operations 2. Administer trackless equipment and control budgets 3. Supervise mine drainage and haulage roads At Mineros del Norte, we are searching for the best talent to fill the **Shift Supervisor** position. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure compliance with the monthly linear advance and mineral production plan for your area. * Lead operations related to linear advance, mineral production, ground support, and general services. * Administer trackless equipment operations, control costs and budgets, and manage KPIs. * Supervise and monitor the mine drainage system, haulage roads, and other operational aspects. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree and professional license in Mining Engineering. (Mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles in underground mining. * Intermediate AutoCAD proficiency (Desirable). * Availability to work under an atypical work schedule: 28x14\.
