**FUNCTIONS:** * Execute and carry out the project and/or work development effectively and efficiently, preparing the project description including schedule, staffing histogram, and organizational chart. * Review drawings, verify measurements, materials, supplies, and equipment required for the project. * Authorize material requests to the warehouse and weekly request material stock from the warehouse for proper scheduling. Evaluate and make necessary adjustments to the personnel histogram to meet delivery deadlines. * Submit the Daily Work Progress Report (qualitative and quantitative). * Provide information requested by the client (Work Progress Reports, Schedules, others). * Plan and supervise the activities of assigned personnel in administrative, quality, operational, and SSOMA areas. * Ensure that assigned personnel fulfill all documentary requirements for project closeout, as well as manage the signing of conformity reports, which must be issued without observations. * Ensure implementation of operational controls within their areas during internal and external audits of the SSOMA Management System. * Ensure compliance with SSOMA Management System responsibilities among assigned personnel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Civil or Mechanical Engineer * Licensed and registered professional (minimum 5 years) * Knowledge in modular assembly * Knowledge of quality standards and regulations * Knowledge of safety standards and regulations * Availability to work under atypical 21\*7 shift regime Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.6,000\.00 \- S/.7,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
