Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer to lead and supervise the comprehensive execution of civil works, ensuring compliance with regulations and representing the company. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in engineering software and quality control. **PROFILE: RESIDENT ENGINEER** **Position:** Resident Engineer for Construction Projects **Work Location:** Pataz Province, La Libertad Region **1\. Academic Qualifications** * Civil Engineer, registered and licensed. **2\. Professional Experience** * Minimum 5 years of verified post-registration experience in the execution and/or residency of civil works. * Knowledge of cost control, quantity surveying, valuation, construction scheduling (MS Project or similar), and field personnel management. **3\. Technical Competencies** * Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications. * Knowledge of material and construction process quality control. * Proficiency in engineering software: AutoCAD, MS Project, Advanced Excel. * Familiarity with occupational safety and health management documentation. **4\. Personal Competencies** * Decision-making under pressure and in complex environments. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving goals. * Effective communication with supervisors, contractors, and field workers. * High sense of responsibility, commitment, and adaptability. **5\. Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the comprehensive execution of the project in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and the approved schedule. * Prepare valuations, quantity surveys, technical reports, and monthly photographic reports. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Represent the company before the supervisory authority. **6\.
