A Serge team in South Asia is **seeking a Marketing and Social Media Manager for an Adventure Tourism Business** to help and help establish the brand as a trusted and notable presence among both local and international demographics. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement on various social media platforms * Create effective marketing strategies to convert potential customers into actual clients, including overseeing social campaigns, content production, and reviewing analytics * Generate informative and engaging content through articles, blogs, and vlogs, addressing key questions and interests of our business’s target audience * Foster relationships with local believers through friendship, discipleship, and mentoring, aligning all actions with the Glory of God Requirements and Critical Qualities: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field * Minimum of one year of experience as a social media content manager * Exceptional writing skills * Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging with target audiences * Curiosity, innovative thinking, and creativity * Strong interpersonal skills and networking abilities * Adaptability to changing circumstances * Analytical skills for effective data analysis * Proficient project management abilities * Critical thinking and problem\-solving capabilities * Collaborative nature with teamwork skills Support Raising: The person in this role raises their full financial support for salary, ministry expenses, and benefits.
