This role enables evidence\-based decision\-making, program adaptation, and accountability for impact. A key focus is operationalizing the Results for Children (RfC) framework by aligning data systems, processes, tools, and capacities to deliver measurable outcomes for the most vulnerable children. This role is critical to driving a child data\-driven organization. It goes beyond administrative data handling—it is a strategic enabler of impact. The Adviser will process and synthesize Annual Impact Measurement data (AIM/AIM Plus/ Grants impact measurements and Annual monitoring data) from Field Offices, applying advanced analytics to generate actionable insights. This role will establish and implement data governance mechanisms, build regional capacity, fosters data literacy, and promotes a culture of strategic learning and innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 15% \- DATA STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT* Lead the development of regionally contextualized data strategies aligned with Our Promise Phase 3 and Results for Children framework, to ensure the strategy supports the transformation into a child data\-driven organization. * Translate global data priorities into actionable regional plans. * Establish secure, accessible data repositories with governance protocols. * Serve as a strategic advisor on data and data analytics to Field Offices and regional leadership. 30% \- DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS* Develop or adapt the Global Center standardized tools and methodologies for data collection. * Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including Annual Impact Measurement, Annual Impact Measurement plus, donor surveys and reporting. * Design dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI and Power Apps. * Ensure interoperability across technical sectors and systems. * Monitor data protection laws and regulations to forecast and manage potential risks. 20% \- DATA ANALYTICS CAPACITY BULDING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT* Deliver training and mentorship on data literacy and advanced analytics * Provide tailored technical support to Field Offices on RfC\-aligned strategies. * Facilitate regional peer learning and knowledge exchange. 25% \- EVIDENCE USE \- REPORTING AND INSIGHTS* Lead regional synthesis of Annual Impact Measurement / Annual Impact Measurement plus and monitoring data using descriptive, inferential, and predictive analytics where required * Produce evidence products (e.g., learning briefs, synthesis reports) for internal and external use. * Collaborate with Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation Adviser to ensure data quality and consistency. * Support adaptive management and strategic learning through data insights. * Expand beyond Annual Impact Measurement to include coordination with knowledge platforms and tools that promote evidence accessibility. * Support the development of learning products that synthesize evidence into digestible formats for multiple audiences (programming, advocacy, external relations). * Produce a public\-facing, regional report on child vulnerability in South Asia Pacific, leveraging Multi\-Dimensional Child Vulnerability Mapping Portal data 10% \- INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COLLABORATION* Align Field Office efforts with global frameworks and innovations. * Collaborate with sector leads, Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation, IT, and Strategy teams for integrated approaches. * Engage with external partners to position World Vision as a leader in child\-focused analytics. * Support strategic positioning of World Vision in external forums to showcase leadership in child\-focused data innovation.
