




**REQUIREMENTS**: \- Graduate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Accounting, or related fields. \- Knowledge of payroll calculations including social benefits (BB.SS.), vacations, CTS, bonuses, and profits under the **MYPE regime**. \- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. \- Preferably residing in Pte. Piedra, Ventanilla, Comas, or SMP. (We are located 3 blocks from Ovalo Zapallal \- Pte. Piedra). **RESPONSIBILITIES**: \- Prepare documents requested by Sunafil. \- Perform T\-registro enrollment and withdrawal downloads. \- Monitor attendance, absences, vacations, and other employee-related records. \- Report and coordinate with general management for decision-making. \- Desired experience with SICO system. \- Maintain organized files and work documents related to payroll. \- Coordinate with the SST department for training and PPE distribution. \- Submit information requests within established deadlines. \- Deliver corresponding payment slips and employment certificates. \- Draft memorandums. \- Perform other duties assigned by the department supervisor. **WORK HOURS:** \- Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 hrs (Only Thursdays from 08:30am to 18:45pm hrs) \- Saturdays from 08:30 to 13:00 hrs Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Experience: * University education: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site
