Job stability A leading industrial company manufacturing plywood doors is seeking a proactive, organized, and team-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our Logistics and Supply Chain team. Main Responsibilities: Support procurement management of local supplies, materials, spare parts, and services. Request and compare supplier quotations to ensure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery time. Issue purchase orders and track them until material delivery at the plant. Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounting departments to ensure proper documentation and material flow. Update and maintain supplier and pricing records in the ERP system. Monitor and track on-time delivery performance and service levels. Support supplier evaluations and procurement reporting. Requirements: Graduate or technical degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or logistics, preferably within industrial or manufacturing companies. Knowledge of procurement processes, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier management. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience (SAP, Starsoft, or others) is desirable. Negotiation skills, organizational ability, responsibility, and results orientation.
