




**REQUIREMENTS** **\-** Professional or bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Advanced Excel skills \- Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break) \- Minimum of three years of verifiable experience. \- Preferably reside in the districts of Puente Piedra, Ventanilla, SMP, Comas, Ancón, or Carabayllo (Work location: 3 blocks from Ovalo Zapallal) **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Supervise distribution and storage operations. \- Ensure warehouses are adequately supplied. \- Maintain optimal use of storage space by evaluating inventory requirements for each business unit and managing KPIs to ensure operational monitoring and efficiency. \- Train staff and enforce company-established rules and regulations within warehouse teams. \- Conduct inventories and periodically review inventory results. \- Project and coordinate with Logistics and Administration departments for purchase planning (products, delivery guides, invoices, receipts, and other sales-related documentation, office supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.). \- Source suppliers for services and products. \- Monitor fuel consumption control and manage vehicle routes. \- Generate performance indicators and follow-up reports. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse. \- Optimize resources across departments. \- Verify proper use of PPE by personnel. Ensure efficient management of physical security and processes under their responsibility. \- Coordinate employee vacation planning together with HR. \- Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
