Job Summary: We are seeking a Tender Specialist to identify opportunities, prepare tender files, draft documentation, and monitor procurement processes. Key Highlights: 1. Internal coordination and tender review WC Ingeniería de la Climatización, a company specializing in refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation installation and maintenance, is looking for a: **Tender Specialist** Requirements: · Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. · Knowledge of public procurement regulations (Public Procurement Law, OECE). · Proficiency in MS Office and platforms such as SEACE. Responsibilities: · Identify business opportunities through OECE. · Prepare tender files and draft technical/administrative documentation. · Monitor all stages of the procurement process, from submission through to purchase order issuance. · Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with requirements. · Review public and private tenders. · Perform other duties as required by the position.
