Opportunity for continuous improvement and equipment optimization Job Mission: Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the organization's electrical equipment and facilities, ensuring their operability, reliability, and safety, as well as compliance with established technical, regulatory, and procedural standards. Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the organization's electrical equipment and facilities. * Ensure the operability, reliability, and safety of electrical systems, guaranteeing compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards. * Manage requirements for materials, tools, spare parts, and specialized services necessary to carry out electrical work. * Supervise technical staff and contractors under responsibility, verifying adherence to safe work procedures and established maintenance programs. * Prepare technical reports, management indicators, and continuous improvement plans aimed at optimizing the performance and availability of electrical equipment. Requirements: * Technician or professional in **Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields**. * Knowledge of **PLC-based machine control**. * Knowledge of **Industrial Refrigeration**. * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Minimum of **4 years of experience in similar positions**. * Availability to work on-site in **Ica**. * **Immediate availability**. Working Hours: * **Monday to Friday:** from **7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.**, with a **1-hour lunch break**. * **Saturday:** from **6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.**, with a **45-minute lunch break**.
