Job Summary: We are seeking an Air Conditioning Operations Supervisor to lead and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, coordinating technical personnel and ensuring safety and proper execution of field services. Opportunity for professional growth We are looking for an AIR CONDITIONING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR to lead and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair work on HVAC systems. You will be responsible for coordinating technical staff, ensuring compliance with occupational safety procedures, and guaranteeing correct execution of field services. FIELD 90% / OFFICE 10%. **Requirements:** \- Certified technician or graduate in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields. \- Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in this field. \- Knowledge of installation and maintenance of Split, VRF, and ventilation systems. \- Basic ability to prepare technical reports and coordinate staff. \- Knowledge of OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY regulations. \- Responsible, proactive, and leadership-oriented. \- Prepare reports as required. \- Availability to work daytime and nighttime shifts. \- Preferred: Valid driver's license. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise field work. \- Coordinate with customers and technical team. \- Verify quality and adherence to deadlines. \- Prepare basic service reports. **We Offer:** \- Positive work environment. \- Opportunity for professional growth. \- Timely payments (bi-weekly). \- Personal protective equipment (PPE) for performing tasks.
