Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency At **CERTIFICATE PROJECT CONTROL**, we are seeking an **Accounting Assistant** with experience in accounting recordkeeping and payroll management. **Required Knowledge:** ✔ T-account bookkeeping and journal entries ✔ Payroll preparation (compensation, overtime, deductions) ✔ Settlement calculations (CTS, bonuses, vacation pay) ✔ Tax regulation compliance (IGV, Income Tax) ✔ Familiarity with Peruvian labor regulations ✔ SUNAT filings (PDT, PLAME) ✔ Accounting software usage (CONCAR, SISCONT, or similar) ✔ Bank reconciliations ✔ General ledger account analysis ✔ Accounts payable and accounts receivable control ✔ Electronic voucher management (invoices, receipts) ✔ Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, filters) ✔ Basic understanding of financial statements ✔ Organized and systematic accounting document control **Requirements:** ✔ Graduate or final-year student in Accounting ✔ Experience in payroll and settlement preparation ✔ Intermediate Excel skills ✔ Basic knowledge of labor and tax regulations ✔ Proactive, organized, and responsible Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
