Basic knowledge of electronic payment documents and accounting. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. STARSOFT knowledge is desirable. Minimum 1 year of prior experience in billing. Availability to work in Cercado de Lima. **SKILLS** Orderliness and attention to detail. Responsibility and confidentiality in handling information. Organizational ability and task tracking. Ability to deliver superior customer service. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Administrative tasks. Issuing electronic receipts, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes. Coordination with the Technical Service Department for issuing payment documents. Managing petty cash and cash collections at the store, in both soles and US dollars. Processing purchase orders. Handling distribution orders. Coordination with the Technical Service Department for issuing payment documents under series 002\. Generating support tickets via STARSOFT in case of system issues to ensure prompt resolution. Managing general documentation for the department. Coordinating with customers to remind them of pending invoices. Responding to internal customer inquiries via WhatsApp or other channels regarding billing or payments. Performing reconciliations and generating reports. Other duties assigned by the Commercial and Administrative Department. **BENEFITS:** Belonging to a prestigious company.
