




Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team and manage the issuance and verification of payment documents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate and verify invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes. 2. Coordinate deliveries and organize physical and electronic documents. 3. Handle inquiries regarding issued documents. An importer/commercializer of pharmaceutical products is seeking a Billing Assistant to join our team. Required Profile: * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of withholding taxes and retention taxes * Immediate availability to start work Responsibilities: * Timely generation of invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes * Verification of sequential numbering on all payment documents and confirmation of SUNAT acceptance * Coordination with the dispatch department, according to priority, to ensure timely delivery of shipping guides * Verification that purchase orders and purchase requests are error-free prior to invoice issuance * Organization and archiving of physical and electronic documents * Handling internal and external inquiries regarding issued documents * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.1\.50 per month Work Location: On-site employment
