Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate monthly closings, supervise accounting records, control fixed assets, and manage taxes. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate monthly closing activities according to the following * Supervise billing and accounting records no later than the 28th of each month * Supervise accounting records of payments to funders through payment proposals * Control fixed assets in accounting and conduct physical inventories * Calculate depreciation and amortization of fixed assets * Integrate analytical schedules for financial statements * Review and approve bank reconciliations shared no older than 60 days * Verify account balances and review trial balances * Provide audit support (liaison and follow-up) * Electronic Accounting (monthly submission to authorities) * Tax calculation and filing according to deadlines established by the authorities * Review payment proposals * Complete reports requested by VFI (oralyc) * Prepare and monitor the Annual Budget * Accounting closing (on the 8th business day of each month) * Timely bank reconciliations * Submit tax-related information to fiscal authorities accurately and on time according to deadlines established by the authorities Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only
