Job Summary: We are seeking a Quoter for the commercial department with interest in industrial equipment to serve and negotiate with customers and suppliers, and provide technical advice. We seek top talent to join our growing team as a **Quoter** for the commercial department. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Regularly serve and contact assigned clients within a portfolio requiring technical support. * Identify and onboard new clients into your portfolio. * Generate and send quotations. * Review and evaluate quotations technically and commercially before sending them to clients—including profitability, import costs, supplementary costs, etc. * Provide technical advice to clients regarding pricing, costs, stock availability, discounts, promotions, etc., related to equipment and systems supplied by INDUCOM. * Negotiate with clients. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure better offers and benefits for the company. * Continuously update quotation reports, billing records, and planning for calls or teleconferences. * Follow up on internal administrative processes related to your responsibilities—e.g., credit notes, technical warranties, dispatches, local purchases, etc. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering** (final-year students also accepted) / Technical graduates in Electrotechnology / Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Basic English proficiency. * **Genuine interest in commercial activities within the industrial equipment sector.** * Basic knowledge of hydraulics and fluids. * Knowledge of physics, chemistry, and mathematics. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office **(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).** * Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in the industrial sector **(not mandatory).** **COMPETENCIES** * Persuasion/negotiation skills. * Punctuality. * Proactivity. * External customer orientation. * Ability to collaborate across departments. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * **Working Hours**: Monday \- Friday: 8 am \- 6 pm. * **Employment Contract**: 3-month probationary period **(formal payroll, MyPE)**; contract extended thereafter. * Career development path within the commercial team **(“Plan Semilla” program).** * Remuneration: **S/ 1350\.** **If you meet the requirements and are interested in developing a career in commercial areas, apply to Inducom Peru now!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,750\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your academic degree and field of study? * If still studying, can you commit to a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 am to 6 pm? * Are you interested in building a long-term career in the commercial sector?
