JOB PROFILE Logistics technician with experience in procurement and inventory control. Ability to manage receipt, storage, distribution, and tracking of materials, spare parts, and equipment, ensuring timely supply to operations. Skilled in organization, coordination, document control, and supplier management, with a focus on resource optimization and achievement of objectives. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 6 months of experience in purchasing, invoicing, and shipping guides * AIIB license (desirable) * Minimum qualification: Technical Bachelor's degree RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage purchase requirements for materials, spare parts, tools, and services necessary for operations. * Obtain quotations and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery time conditions. * Control material intake, storage, and dispatch, maintaining up-to-date records. * Track purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery of requested items. * Maintain updated warehouse inventory, verifying stock levels and managing replenishments as needed. * Coordinate receipt and distribution of materials to various departments or projects.
