Job Summary: A leading company seeks an Operations and Logistics Supervisor to manage teams, delivery and service processes, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead work teams and manage operational and logistical processes. 2. Design and maintain contingency plans for deliveries and services. 3. Coordinate with management and sales staff to achieve sales targets. Peruvian market leader in the importation and commercialization of home and industrial products, with over 24 years in the industry. Currently seeking an Operations and Logistics Supervisor with team leadership experience and expertise in product delivery and service provision, as per the specified profile. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age between 25 and 55 years. * Gender: Female or Male. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supervisory roles. * Knowledge of planning, direction, and control in team management, including leadership skills. * Responsibility and sound judgment at all levels. * Vocation and experience in resolving critical situations. * Academic background in Business Administration and/or Industrial Engineering (Bachelor's degree). * Familiarity with handling waybills, invoices, and other administrative documents. * Experience interacting with logistics personnel from various companies and/or end customers. * Availability to remain in contact outside regular working hours. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * **Mandatory residence areas:** Lince, San Luis, La Victoria, Breña, San Miguel, Lima, Pueblo Libre, Jesus Maria, San Borja, Magdalena, Surquillo, or locations very close to the company. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Develop, validate, and implement work plans and programs. * Design and maintain contingency plans for unexpected delivery or installation service disruptions. * Administer and control associated risks and deviations from original planning. * Issue and schedule delivery routes for products to our customers until customer satisfaction is achieved. * Schedule and provide installation services (carpets, blinds, curtains, laminated flooring, and other products commercialized by the company). * Participate, as required, in various meetings necessary to achieve targeted sales. * Directly liaise with Sales Management and stay informed about issues arising among subordinates. * Coordinate with sales staff on various aspects related to product delivery or service provision. * Submit weekly and monthly reports detailing collections performed. * Submit daily, weekly, and other service-related reports. * Supervise drivers responsible for product deliveries (waybills and invoices must include recipient's signature and name). * Coordinate with sales staff regarding delivery documentation (invoices, waybills, contracts, etc.). * Oversee project execution and final delivery to the customer. * Resolve internal and external conflicts diplomatically. * Timely reporting of necessary billing information, in accordance with requirements. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from the first day of work. * All statutory benefits (CTS, vacation, bonuses). * Opportunity to join a recognized and prestigious company in the market. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Send your CV to 946094637 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
