Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to coordinate and control logistics operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive coordination and control of warehouse and logistics operations. 2. Inventory management and preparation of operational reports. 3. Collaboration with customers and internal departments to ensure operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and control the receipt, storage, dispatch, and distribution of goods. * Perform order picking and packing processes. * Support inventory control and tracking. * Record and update inventory status, orders, and material transfers. * Prepare reports and documentation related to warehouse movements and incidents. * Schedule orders and coordinate dispatches. * Safeguard and organize documentation related to goods receipts and shipments. * Coordinate with customers, account executives, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations. * Track orders and update their status in company systems. * Comply with company-established operational and safety procedures. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or similar roles. * Experience in order picking and packing. * Familiarity with warehouse documentation. * Knowledge of inventory, goods receiving, and dispatch processes. * Intermediate or Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience using ERP systems or logistics platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, WMS, or similar). * Ability to prepare reports and manage operational data. * Immediate availability.
