Position Summary: Prepare accurate budgets for outpatient and inpatient medical procedures—surgical or non-surgical—and manage quotations and letters of guarantee for patients and insurance providers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage budgets and letters of guarantee in the healthcare sector. 2. Collaborate with medical and commercial teams to support patient care. 3. Promote a culture of person-centered care. **Job Description** ---------------------- Prepare accurate budgets for any outpatient and/or inpatient medical procedure, whether surgical or non-surgical. 1\. Prepare budgets for medical services specified in the Medical Order, based on current fee schedules and agreements with insurance providers. 2\. Request quotations from pharmacy/logistics departments. 3\. Manage requests for Letters of Guarantee according to each contracted insurer’s platform and conduct corresponding follow-up. 4\. Deliver the budget and Letter of Guarantee to the patient promptly and confirm their receipt. 5\. Follow up on the patient’s response. 6\. Keep Admission, Case Managers, Physicians, and Commercial Teams informed about the proposal status. 7\. Record all activities according to workflows established by management: platform (workflow) and Drive. 8\. Meet established deadlines for all assigned tasks. 9\. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. 10\.
