DESCRIPTION A leading international FMCG company with operations in Mexico is looking for a Business Controller / Management Control Analyst to support the monitoring and analysis of business performance, generating financial and management information to facilitate decision-making. **Role Overview** We seek a professional with experience in management control, financial analysis, and KPI tracking, possessing strong analytical capabilities and business orientation. This position will be responsible for analyzing performance results, budgeting, forecasting, costs, margins, and management KPIs, working closely with Commercial, Finance, and Operations departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and analyze management reports, identifying variances against budget, forecast, and historical results. * Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. * Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and business forecast. * Analyze revenue, costs, expenses, and margins, identifying key profitability drivers. * Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making. * Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, and Operations departments to validate data and monitor performance and action plans. * Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business needs. * Develop and improve control and analytical tools to increase visibility into performance results. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. **3 to 5 years** of experience in Management Control, Business Control, FP&A, Financial Planning, Financial Analyst, or similar roles. Experience in performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, margin analysis, and management KPIs. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, and/or Operations departments. Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is desirable. CRM and AI proficiency Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or industries with high commercial dynamism is desirable. Intermediate English proficiency. Strong analytical capability, business orientation, autonomy, and ability to communicate financial information clearly.
