Being part of a company dedicated to private clubs and condominiums. **Member Services Executive** We are a Peruvian company specializing in the development and management of Private Clubs and Condominiums. We seek a candidate with a commercial mindset, strong customer orientation, and the ability to manage reservations, follow-ups, and memorable experiences for our members. You will be a key contributor to customer experience and business growth. ***YOUR IMPACT WILL BE DIRECT:*** Handle inquiries and manage reservations via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email Provide clear information about accommodations, rates, and services Follow up with prospects until reservations are confirmed Implement commercial strategies to increase occupancy Prepare reports and monitor performance indicators Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, collections, and sales Maintain an updated customer database Continuously propose improvements and commercial initiatives ***QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO APPLY:*** Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields Minimum 1 year of customer service experience focused on reservations Ideal experience in hospitality, tourism, or service industries Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email, and basic-to-intermediate Excel Knowledge of sales techniques, closing methods, and report preparation ***KEY COMPETENCIES:*** Proactivity and results orientation Effective communication Organization and follow-up Empathy and customer interaction Persuasion skills Responsibility ***JOB CONDITIONS:*** Hybrid work mode (4/5 days in-office + remote/field) 6-day workweek 1 rest day to be scheduled Location: office + field visits to country clubs Gender: unrestricted ***BENEFITS:*** Timely salary payments Ongoing training Career development path Free access to Grupo Norte clubs for employees and family members Corporate partnerships Banking partnership Adfly discounts Apply now and join Grupo Norte!
