Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive and Medical Services Coordination Specialist for our Occupational Medical Center, with a focus on facility maintenance and cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in facility cleaning and maintenance. 2. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and painting. 3. Completed primary or secondary academic education. At our **Occupational Medical Center**, specialized in **occupational medical examinations and worker health surveillance**, we are currently seeking the **right candidate** to fill the position of: **CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE AND MEDICAL SERVICES COORDINATION SPECIALIST** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of internal and external areas of the Medical Center\- * Restock necessary supplies in restrooms, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. * Maintain furniture and equipment at the Medical Center and offices in optimal cleanliness conditions. * Conduct monthly maintenance of doors, windows, stairs, and other components of the healthcare facility. * Collect, weigh, and internally transport general and biohazardous waste. * Water plants at the Medical Center, ensuring their proper care and preservation. * Submit weekly requisitions for required materials and supplies, and maintain records and usage control. * Document incidents occurring during the shift within the assigned work area. * Accurately complete assigned task checklists. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor or required by service needs. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed primary or secondary academic education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning offices, clinics, industrial plants, or commercial establishments, and basic facility maintenance. * Basic knowledge of simple domestic electricity, basic plumbing, painting, and infrastructure maintenance.
