You definitely don’t want to miss out! **Responsibilities and Authorities** Key Responsibilities * Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects (schedule, budget, scope, quality). * Coordinate requirements elicitation and management at project initiation with user areas and stakeholders; maintain alignment with client expectations. * Maintain updated project plans, schedules, risk and issue matrices (identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, dependencies, and impediments), and communication plans. * Manage project budget and cost control: track consumption, forecast, and implement corrective actions for variances. * Supervise technical teams’ and vendors’ progress; ensure execution of committed activities and SLA compliance. * Prepare and present executive status, risk, milestone, and financial metric reports. * Manage scope changes by evaluating technical, schedule, and financial impacts; ensure approvals. * Facilitate cross-functional coordination for incident resolution and decision-making. * Coordinate testing, deployment, training, and stabilization activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic Requirements and Education * University degree in Engineering (Systems, Computer Science, Industrial), Business Administration, or related fields. * Preferred specialization or master’s degree in Project Management, IT Management, or Digital Transformation. Experience * 3 years of technology project management experience; minimum 3 years in Project Manager roles or equivalent positions. * Experience in software development, system integration, and migration projects. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and vendors. Technical Knowledge and Skills * Waterfall methodologies (e.g., PMI), Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and hybrid frameworks. * Scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management. * Functional requirements management, user stories, and coordination with user areas. .
