Your primary role is to lead key market access activities related to the Biosimilars and Oncology strategy, including its launch in Peru; design and implement initiatives for strategic account management and accelerate biosimilar adoption. You will contribute to defining the commercial strategy and lead the execution of plans to achieve sales and margin objectives across pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, and distribution channels. ### **What You’ll Do** * Achieve monthly and annual sales and margin targets. * Design and implement comprehensive retail channel strategies aligned with corporate objectives. * Lead negotiations with key customers. * Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders: pharmacy chains, distributors, and key customers. * Define strategies to reduce gross-to-net and maximize pricing actions. * Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, assess competition, and support strategic decisions. * Establish internal standards and procedures to ensure excellent customer service from order request through to sale closure. * Develop pricing strategies that balance accessibility and profitability. * Maximize sales and profitability of the generic portfolio by managing strategic pricing and inventory control to avoid stockouts (SARs). * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, supply, RA) for integrated execution. ### **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 10 years of industry experience. * MBA preferred. * Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
