If you share our purpose, keep reading… because this is your place! **The Cabify Logistics Team** You will join the Cabify Logistics team — a fantastic, experienced, and professional group working passionately and energetically to position the Cabify brand and its first- and last-mile logistics services in the B2B segment. This position reports directly to the Logistics Sales Manager. **How will you help us fulfill our mission?** Generate new business opportunities for the sales team (via: inbound lead reception, outbound lead generation, and activation of the sales executives’ portfolio). Active prospecting: identify and generate commercial opportunities through market research, database analysis, LinkedIn usage, and other prospecting tools. * Outbound outreach: execute multichannel contact sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, among others) to attract and connect with high-value prospects. * Lead qualification: evaluate prospects based on defined criteria (industry, billing potential, decision-maker profile, BANT, etc.) to ensure a high-quality pipeline. * Pipeline management: administer and keep the CRM updated, recording interactions, opportunities, and next steps to ensure effective follow-up. * * Continuous learning: develop product, industry, and sales technique knowledge to increase commercial effectiveness and deliver greater value to the team. **What we’re looking for:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (SDR, BDR, or commercial prospecting functions). **Technology Tools:** * Proficiency in **CRM** systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or others) is mandatory. Familiarity with prospecting and engagement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Snovio, Mixmax, etc.). * * **Analytical skills:** Ability to research and analyze industries, markets, and customer profiles. * **Results orientation:** Experience working with activity metrics, conversion rates, and SQL generation. * **Personal skills:** Strong communication, proactivity, quick response time, assertiveness, and customer satisfaction focus. * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate, make effective decisions, and maintain focus on shared outcomes. * **Additional knowledge:** Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. * **Languages:** Pre-intermediate/intermediate English. **What we offer:** We are a team full of happy and motivated people.
