We do not seek experience alone: **we value attitude, learning ability, and the drive to excel.** WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Contact and assist potential customers interested in our training programs. * Identify their needs and provide appropriate advisory support. * Follow up with prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels. * Manage commercial opportunities and follow through to closure. * Keep customer information updated in our CRM. * Achieve individual targets and commercial goals. * Actively participate in training sessions and commercial team activities. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Individuals with **commercial attitude and results orientation**. * Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customer types. * Proactivity, perseverance, and goal-driven work capability. * Willingness to learn and develop commercial skills. * Basic proficiency in digital tools. * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or commercial areas is preferred but **not required**.
