Main Responsibilities: * Conduct field sales visits to existing and potential customers. * Promote the product portfolio across various points of sale. * Prospect new customers and generate business opportunities. * Build strong commercial relationships and provide customer advisory support. * Execute the assigned visit plan and follow up on commercial opportunities. * Meet established sales KPIs and objectives. * Record and report completed commercial activities. Required Profile: * Experience in field sales or customer service. * Ability to negotiate and build trust-based relationships. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Experience in consultative selling, direct sales, or referral-based marketing is preferred. * Persistent, organized, and goal-oriented individual. * Interest in learning, developing new skills, and advancing professionally. * Willingness to perform field work.
